Effective February 22, 2021, the program services transitioned from the previous Identity Theft Services, to the new Identity Theft Recovery + Mobile. To learn more about your services, choose the program you received with your HomeFREE Checking.

Recovery + Mobile

For accountholders who opened a HomeFREE Checking account on or after February 22, 2021; or those that chose not to register for Identity Theft Services.

Services include:

  • Fully Managed Identity Theft Recovery

  • Mobile Phone Coverage

Identity Theft Services

For accountholders who opened a HomeFREE Checking account prior to February 22, 2021 and who registered for those services by February 28, 2021.

Services include:

  • Fully Managed Identity Theft Recovery

  • Identity Theft Expense Reimbursement

  • Entitlement for the primary accountholder to receive:
    - Continuous credit monitoring
    - Monthly credit score on demand
    - Annual credit report
    - Dark Web monitoring

If you are already registered, you may request to switch to the Recovery + Mobile program anytime after March 1, 2021 by phone or in-person at the branch.
